Previous experience providing secretarial support in an educational setting.
The ability to greet and deal with school staff, students, and public appropriately and courteously by phone and in person.
Ability to work well under pressure, set priorities, and handle confidential matters while maintaining a calm demeanor.
A good knowledge of typing, word processing, and operation of office equipment.
Ability to work independently in the absence of specific instruction and/or continuous supervision.
