We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional colleague to manage our new patient exams and recall system.
We will train the right person for this role, but dental experience is beneficial.
A Treatment Coordinator is a liaison between the unknown and a beautiful smile.
We are looking for the right person to assure our patients have a fantastic experience.
Responsibilities:
Create an informative, positive, new patient experience Identify patient concerns and answer questions Learn orthodontic treatment options from our doctors Remove barriers to help them begin orthodontic treatment Follow up with patients and track data Generate letters with maximum accuracy Communicate with dental offices Collaborate with our existing team Work independently within a team
