The Dental Integration and Support Engineer's primary function is providing clients with technical support and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Technical support (troubleshoot and problem solve) via phone and remote management tools
In-house computer, server, and network configuration
On-site computer, server, and network equipment installation
Consistently and accurately update prospects and clients in CRM
Recognize and report industry changes to Chief Operating Officer
Research and test new technology
Limited travel required (occasional overnight travel)
Perform other related duties as required or assigned

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
