Growing company is seeking Clinical Reimbursement Specialist. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the documentation and coding of all care and services provided is achieved and maintained in order to assure accurate reimbursement from all payor sources.
Requirements include:
o Thorough knowledge and understanding of 3rd party reimbursement principles and regulations
o Ability to audit and analyze clinical outcomes and coding
o Manage multiple facilities in Iowa/Midwest area
o RUG/CMI review and analysis
o 3-5 years RAI process experience
o Ability to effectively teach and train new team members
o Ability to provide on-going training to team member
Knowledge and experience in Managed Care contracts
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
